Leafy Corner Orders Guide — How to Complete External Orders

External orders combine a written need, a required plant count, trait symbols, eligible stock, and a final completion action. Treat those as separate checks instead of clicking through the order panel quickly.

Complete an external order step by step

1. Open order management and read the entire order card before entering plant selection.
2. Note both the visible plant count and every requested trait. A veterinary waiting-room example combines pet-friendly and shade-tolerant needs.
3. Enter the order’s selection mode. In the observed flow, eligible plants receive a visible outline, which separates valid stock from the rest of the shop.
4. Select the number of plants shown on the order. The observed veterinary order asks you to select five; use the number on the current card for a different order rather than assuming every order needs five.
5. Return to the order panel and check that every required slot reflects a selected plant before using the completion control.
6. Look for the visible completed state before closing the panel or moving on to another shop task.

For the combined pet-friendly and shade example, this site’s checked subset returns Orbifolia and Boston Fern. That is a subset answer, not a claim that no other in-game plant can work.

Trailing orders and reputation

The official Patch 1.0.3 notes state that the Trailing requirement does not appear before reputation level four. This is a guard on when that requirement can appear, not a complete order-unlock table or a promise about rewards.

If submission does not advance

Reopen the card and compare its required count and every symbol with the plants in the selected area. A plant that satisfies one condition can still fail the intersection. If a valid plant is standing in the shop but no selected slot changed, re-enter selection mode and use the visible eligible outline before trying the completion control again.
